What are the delivery charges for orders from VaultRunner?

We offer Free Shipping to our customers when you spend $1,500 or more. We have no minimum order requirement; however, orders under $1,500 will be charged a shipping fee of $24.

Are there any restrictions?

Minnesota state law prohibits the delivery of precious metals from online retailers within the state of Minnesota. Customers from this state are encouraged to place their orders to a delivery address outside of the state, which they have access to.

How long will delivery take?

We ship 3 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive a shipping notification via email, as well as a text notification once your order has shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in US Dollars, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. Debit and Credit card payments are facilitated through PayPal and have a maximum order size of $5000.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon checkout, we send an order invoice via email. You will also receive text message updates at every step along the way, from payment confirmed, to order delivered. We follow up these text messages with two status emails, one to notify you that the payment has been confirmed, and a final email with the tracking information to notify you of your packages location.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! You will receive an order invoice at the time you place an order, and in addition, you can always view your past orders in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.
